Associate

Attorney Adsit is an associate with the Law Office of Christopher Duby LLC and the first associate to be added to the firm. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and the University of Connecticut School of Law.

Over his career, he has represented people charged with murder, conspiracy, sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor, robbery, burglary, gun charges and other serious offenses. He has tried number cases in which people are challenging the legality of their convictions.

Attorney Adsit challenged the validity of various types of alleged scientific evidence, including the use of professed experts that claim the ability to match bullet shell casings found at crime scenes.

He has performed analysis of cell phone tower tracking and overseen numerous appeals before the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts.
